My approach to healing:
Is a recent life change or loss leaving you overwhelmed or emotionally stirred?
You might notice old hurts resurfacing and affecting your day-to-day well-being. Or maybe life looks good from the outside—successful, connected, “fine”—yet there’s a quiet pain you can’t fully name, and others don’t seem to understand.
We all carry an inner wisdom that moves us toward healing. Sometimes we just need the right guide and a supportive, grounded space to help us get there. In our work together, I draw on my clinical training, the strength of the therapeutic relationship, and a mix of curiosity and creativity to help you navigate difficult seasons, honor your strengths, build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and strengthen your relationships.
I hold a deep awareness that our mental health is shaped not only by our personal histories, but also by the systems and communities we’re part of. I approach therapy with an understanding of how culture, race, gender, sexuality, age, ability, immigration experiences, socioeconomic status, and other identities intersect—and how these dynamics influence both your lived experience and the therapeutic relationship.
With over a decade of clinical experience, I offer in-person therapy in my Boulder office—including individual therapy and EMDR intensives—alongside my gentle canine co-therapist, Korra (Great Pyrenees). I also provide telehealth therapy for clients across Colorado and California.
